Beyonce, 30, and Jay-Z, 42, (whose real name is Shawn Carter,) welcomed their baby, girl at a New York hospital on Saturday, January 8^th.  (Several weeks early)











The baby is said to be named for Jay –Z’s album, “Blueprint” and her mom’s favorite number, 4 — represented by the Roman numeral IV, or “Ivy.”  Mom and baby are doing well.  Congrats!
